One Piece Surprise Barrel

The One Piece Barrel Capsule (often referred to as the Surprise Barrel) is a mystery unboxing toy released in Spring 2026 by YuMe Toys in partnership with Toei Animation. Each collectible barrel features a layered “treasure hunt” experience where you solve puzzles and use water-reveal elements to discover which Straw Hat pirate is hidden inside.

What’s Inside the Barrel?
Every barrel contains a multi-step unboxing journey:
-Magic Water-Reveal Card: Apply water to reveal hidden pirate symbols and clues about the character inside.
-Wanted Poster Checklist: A collector’s guide designed to look like the iconic anime bounty posters.
-Surprise Figure: One of six high-quality 9cm (approx. 3.5 inch) figures with an acrylic stand and nameplate.
-Bonus Loot: Includes sticker sets and character-specific scene cards.
-Display Base: Once opened, the barrel itself transforms into a themed display stand for your figure.
