We only accept returns 48 hours after the order is received, and on items that have at least 6 months or over on its expiry date!

At Sweetseria, we highly value your trust and want to ensure transparency regarding our policies. While we take utmost care in packaging and handling your orders, we want to clarify that any damages incurred during shipping are beyond our control. We collaborate with reputable shipping companies, but regrettably, we cannot assume responsibility for any damaged items caused by these third-party services. We encourage you to reach out to us in such instances, and we’ll do our best to assist you through the process of resolving any shipping-related issues. Your satisfaction is essential to us, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

 

Unfortunately, handling during shipping is beyond our control and, on rare occasions, orders are damaged. THE SWEETSERIA offers a full replacement on products determined to be too damaged for consumption. To file a claim for a damaged item, send us a “Damaged Package” email, you will need to provide photos of the damaged product as well as order details to support your claim and determine eligibility for replacement. These conditions are subject to change without notice.

We have two shipping options, standard shipping (5-7 working days), and express shipping (up to 1,2, or 3 working days)

All orders come with tracking numbers and can be checked on our providers website to know precisely when the parcel will land.
